My annual sit in my shop and load shells for my wife and I and a couple buddies. It is a tedious process loading this many. But also very rewarding seeing the results. 155 in total 12 & 20 ga.

Those crimps are perfect. Well done ......mine look horrible by comparison.

Those look great, when do I need to place my order?

Pride breeds quality. Very nice looking shells bro. Many a longbeard will rue this day. Z

I use a GAEP roll crimp. One little thing I do is put a little WD-40 on the inside of the roll crimpper every ten shells and then wipe some on each hull before I crimp them.

Appreciate the kind words. I'll say I've come along ways from when I first started. If anyone has more specific questions feel free to PM me I'd be more than happy to help

That is a long process loading that many, I think I did 25 just to finish off the shot I had left.

My crimps have gotten drastically better but those are clean!

I use a drill press with a little KROIL on a Q Tip. I put it on the outside of the hull and on the crimping bit (inside of the groove.
I pull down, hold for about 5 seconds and then pull it on down pretty quickly. Don't take but a fee seconds!!!! Pretty crmps!
Until I started doing that mine looked like crappolla!!!!
Then I will put clear gel fingernail
Polish on the overshot card for sealing!!!

I believe I have the BPI roll crimper, I have a cordless drill press stand, attach any cordless to it and bingo you have a drill press, my old neighbor gave me mine but they can be had cheap.

Run the 20v Dewalt on high speed, let it heat the hull for a few seconds then push down firm.
