Guys, now I know we don't see every thing, but the evidence was pretty sparse.  Remember it is not whether or not she truly did it, it is whether the state can PROVE it.   

I think she is guilty as sin, but that is not how our system is set up.

Very true.  The proof of burden lies with the prosecution.  The defense just has to be able to create doubt.  It doesn't have to prove that she is not guilty.  Her behaviors were horrendous and definitely not in line with a caring mother.  That actually wasn't the issue.  The prosecution just could not provide evidence that the child died at the mother's hand or by her actions.  
The whole situation is quite sad.

Unbelievable, While I believe she will one day,be fairly judged...It would have been better for us to get it right.When I think of what that little girl had to go through,it sickens me.
