Hey guys I just have a quick question in regards to Apex ammunition customer service. On Monday 2nd of January I placed an order for 4 boxes of shells. The money was taken out of my personal account, but I never received an email confirmation that my order was placed. When I log into my Apex account it just says processing. I have an order number and I reached out through email to them and provided all order information on Wednesday 4 January and called this morning 6 January. When I called I left a voicemail but still have not heard back from them. Now I have ordered from them before with absolutely no issues so I am not trying to bash them. Just wondering if there is something going on that I do not know about. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Thanks for any info you may have.
