A couple I finished up for Christmas. I have about 30 more sets of bones that I need to get started on now that deer season is wrapping up! Thanks for looking

Thanks! Those bottomland ones seems to catch the most attention. They take a little more time hand painted, but they turn out nice!

I like them both, but I also really like that bottom land call. You painted it? That's sharp!!!
I'll bet they're quick (rollover)!

Yes sir, i hand paint the camo. My original thought was to send a batch off to a local guy to have them dipped, but the with the small work surface and the shape, the film tends to stretch and distort the pattern. Thanks for the positive comments, it means a lot!

Those look great

Do you epoxy the whole call or just the wraps (assuming that is a clear coat of epoxy)?  If so, are you painting it on, spraying, etc?   And do you have to rotate after application?

Sorry for so many questions.  Working on a couple myself, and getting as much info as I can as far as the finishing process

No problem at all.  It's a 2 part epoxy that I apply to the whole call.  It usually takes about 24 hrs to fully cure and yes you will need to keep is rotating for 6 to 8 hrs min while the epoxy cures. I paint it on using a silicon "brush"
