Nova 20 ga., Carlson's .568 LBXR choke and Win. LBXR #6 shot

Decided to experiment with my 20 ga. during the off season.  Yesterday I bought a Carlson's .568 Longbeard Choke and 2 boxes of Winchester Longbeard 3'' # 6 shot.  Shooting a Benelli Nova 24".  Anybody here have any experience with this combo?  Have not shot any yet but plan to in the near future.  I was just wondering how others made out and any opinions good, bad or indifferent.  Thank you in advance for any input on the subject.

This is my go to combo for my son's gun. It's a Tristar, and of course every gun is differentL, but for a first choke/load combo to try i always start here!
