Has anyone shot the Fed TSS through a Pure Gold .570. I Have 2 guns to set up now that I've burned through my Nitros. A Remy 1187 and a Nelli M2.
I have Pure Gold .555 and .570's for both guns and I have a .555 Indian Creek for the Nelli.
I could never get Fed heavyweights to pattern with either gun with any of those choke combos. So I wonder if I may need to try something else choke wise?
I really loved the patterns with the Nitro 7's with both guns and any of those chokes. I generally hunted with the .570. That was the sweet spot between a great 45 yard gun and a working pattern at 20.
As expensive as these shells are, I'm just looking for a shortcut to see if anyone had any experience.
