A fella couldn't go wrong with either one. I'd say it would depend on the type of pattern you are wanting. Hot core? Wide distribution into the 20"? William can turn out any constriction, as can Jebs on a special order. The .562-5 by Sumtoy is as proven a choice as they come. It throws phenomenal patterns typically out of any 20 with any barrel length and does so with TSS 7 or 9's(Federal, Apex, or hand loads), Fed Heavyweights, or LB Winchester's. Jebs I think is a .555. Ya really can't go wrong with either.

I ended up buying a Jebs and a primos Tightwad. Not happy at all with the Jebs, it is ported.....guy at Jebs said they saw no performance differences in ported/non ported. I'm thinking I have some of the older TSS with the old flight control was. I'll post a pick of the pattern when I get out of the woods. Thanks for your info. Gonna order a Sumtoy from William tomorrow

Not a big deal in my opinion, just do not go crazy tight!  Those big numbers at 40 look impressive but make things dicey on a quick shot in the timber inside 20!

Didn't know that Federal used a different wad in Older?  TSS 20 gauge loads .

Thought I read where they changed the wad. Maybe it was just the 12, all I know the pattern isn't good at all.

The wad was changed from federal HW7 to the new flex wad in TSS. But as far as was known the wad has been the same for 20 gauge TSS loads since they started.
What kind of pattern did you get with the tightwad in the 10" at 40 yards?
Too add the Truloc HW and TSS chokes have been doing well.

I have the same gun and use a IC .555 hevi13 #7 all you need I am going to try a shooting a Jebs.565 and federal tss #9 to see what happens. After trying the tss with the IC .555 I thought the hevi13 shot better and that's all I have ever used in gun. Ok I tried the JEBS .565 and really like it. Shoots hevi 13 and Federal tss #9 really well. Too me it would be personal preference on which one to choose! All I have to say is these little guns are shooters.
