Just looking for some suggestions on a photo frame (would like to put multiple pics in it) for my daughters first turkey. Thanks

I think one made of birch wood with the bark showing would be very pretty myself, I have been wanting to get one for a lithograph I have but can't afford it. My only concern would be acidity in the wood so I have always thought I would use some kind of matting.

I'm not exactly sure what your looking for but I've seen some old rustic barnwood frames at Hobby Lobby that looked nice.

Just an idea... harvest some wood from the area she killed her bird at and use it to construct a frame.  Obviously I have no idea what your woodworking skills are not do I know if harvesting wood is even possible where she killed her bird.
