Just wonder if you guys have tried either the O2 Octane or True Timber Strata and what you thought of it. I like the looks of it and it looks like it would work well year round?

I really like them both. Looking at replacing my insulated bibs and parka with the strata this fall.
60% of the time it works every time!

Think I'm gonna try some this spring season just cant decide which one. If I don't like it ill just throw my leafy suit on.

Most of the guys I hunt with look like they stepped out of Camo GQ magazine. And I have no problem with that. But I buy what's on sale and mix and match. That said, I got some O2 Octane pants and a 1/4 zip shirt last year from Cabela's bargain cave and really do like it. Used it last turkey season and deer hunting this past. It blends in well.

Cabelas sent me several outfits of the O2 Octane camo as a free bonus for one of their Signature Hunts I did a couple years ago. I had never heard of the pattern before but have been very impressed with it!  It is very versatile and gets the job done from what I have experienced and I have been wearing it in all seasons.

Honestly though, any camo will do.  Even the "outdated" Woodland camo that is dirt cheap at the local surplus store.  So pick the camo pattern that looks good to you!  Movement is the issue.  You can hunt turkey wearing a suit and tie so long as you are careful about movement.

Good info guys. I have a ton of camo which is mostly different types Mossy Oak and Realtree. Honestly I just want to try something different than what i've used the last 30 years. One of my all time favorites for spring and early bow season is HD Green.

I switched to strata last year and that will be my go to from now on! I wish more.comoanies would pick it up.
