Really bad flooding.

It's really bad here. There is flooding everywhere, the water is still rising and it's raining right now. I can only hope that it stops and this water finds someplace to go.

So many people have been forced to evacuate their homes. I have never seen so much water here. Roads are closed and people are getting cut off from any escape.

Please keep the folks in Southern Illinois in your prayers.

Just talked to my buddy in KY. (Cadiz)and he said Barkley and Kentucky Lakes are both at record highs. Maybe a foot from going over the dams. The LBL still has lots of roads closed from the tornado and now more are closed due to flooding. We're praying for you folks. God Bless.

We have some sunshine today and that's a real blessing for all of us. There was a lot rain last night and when I checked the west side of our property, the water had moved up some and spread out a good bit. The real problem is that even when/if the rain stops, there's just no place for all this water to go.

It has never been this high or close to our home & my office that anyone can remember. This property has been in the family for over 60 years and it's never been like this here.

I really appreciate your prayers and expressions of concern. Those of us in Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky and Eastern Missouri are pretty much under siege right now.

When you look at all the terrible weather all over this year and how many people are suffering, it's a sobering experience.

All my best to all of you.

Thanks,
Clark
