It's winter guys.  Maybe this cold will rid us of some ticks and State Birds (mosquitos) come March, April and May.  23 degrees this morning with a stiff 15 MPH NW wind with a high of 34 here in balmy Eastern NC.  Suppose to drop down to around 15 tonight and back up to mid 60's by Wednesday.
