Would these perform well of large waterfowl for the price being 20.00 per 10 rounds vs 30-42.00 per 10 for the premium hevi shot and non tox shells? Maybe running a IC or Mod choke would produce a nice even duck pattern 30-40 yds?

If not for the problematic old style flightstopper wad, they would make great waterfowl loads.  Many people are robbing shot out of these and reloading their own.

I think they would make a killer duck load, especially in either 6s or 7s. As long as you're not wanting to shoot them through a patternmaster or other wad stripping choke.

I think those would make a killer Canada Goose load.  I got some cheap as well and if no one ever wants them I hunt with, I will use them in Canada for geese.  I will use my IC choke and pattern one before I use it, but should be good on those 50 yard passing shots.

I personally would not waste those on ducks.  No duck that I have ever hunted that can't be cleanly killed at ethical range with a #3 steel.  If I miss, it is on me, not the shot.

Those are good shells for just about anything...turkeys in particular and the price is hard to beat.

Thanks,

They Are Very Tight Shooting , And Hit Extremely Hard

Those will smack the life out any duck way ...way better than black cloud. .....

Well heck then, I think I will carry a couple of boxes to Canada this year and give some honkers the what-for.  I will post my results if I get in to any.  They are so dang good at flaring just on the edge of steel range.  May have a little surprise for them!
