Hopefully when you invite me in deer season haha....I'm Smoking today after a 24 hour brine. Bacon wrapped wild turkey breast on the right with ground 12 chile powder, paprika, brown sugar, cumin and fresh spicy red garlic and trial of mayo coated  wild turkey thighs with the same bbq rub on the left.
