Choke ID help need!

This is a sign of being a total turkey gear/stuff junky, but I have a custom choke I bought from someone that I found  from this site I think, having trouble posting a pic but it has straight grooves like rifling and wad stripper groves and is only marked with the reading .650 and no ports, probably for longbeard or hevishot loads, any ideas as to who made this choke?

Without seeing a picture I'd assume you have a sumtoy choke. They have wad strippers, and straight groves, and the end is knurled for grip. Wonderful choke, .650 will be a tight pattern!
