Looking for ideas for a left hand auto 20ga for my daughter. Need one that I can also put a slug barrel on. Only one I came up with is a M2.
Reason for the auto is to help with recoil, she is 9.

Don't limit yourself to LH gun then. This coming from another lefty that has always shot righty guns.

An inertia gun may not help as much with recoil as you would think.  I can't think of any besides the benelli either.  I bought my daughter who is lefty a 20ga bps, which tend to be a bit heavier than other brands and she shoots lights out with it.

Automatic shotguns are one of the many things RH people make backwards for themselves. Get a standard gun and reverse the safety. Voila. You got a LH gun.

A lightweight 20 gauge will have harsh recoil with any standard load. You can get extra light 3/4oz loads for targets. We buy Fiocchi. A light turkey load is a handloading proposition. A light enough turkey load will throw shot charges equivalent to a .410 or at most 28 gauge. I loaded 7/8oz for my boy, using tungsten #10s. You can do at least 40 yards that way.

Looks like a good gun for youth. I will email to see if they also have a slug barrel. Thanks

I have a left hand M2 20ga and I'm right handed no problem with it at all .
In my opinion the M2is one of the best feeling and performing shotgun on the market , and slug barrels are available for them . If you decide to go the m2 route you will not be disappointed

Thanks for your help. The reason I wanted to get a LH was because she was shooting a RH 11-87 and got her thumb caught on the slide when she shot at a deer.

I am a lefty and I am about to order a weatherby sa459 whenever it comes available.  I am currently using a LH Beneli SBE II.
