Wingbone strikers

I have been thinking about trying one.  What are the pro and cons for those that use them?

Have Harold Fowler build one for you .He made several from one of the turkeys I put a slick trick broadhead into, a couple years ago. I have an osage,tulipwood and purpleheart tops on mine.You can purr like a kitten with them. They run the fire out of a slate especially.Glass and crystal  are really good as well.. It is a different and unique sound.It is really something what Harold can do with a wingbone.  I know for a fact he uses them all the time himself.
