Halloran mouth calls.

I ordered the Serial Killer pack (Total Knock Out, Natural Born Killer and She Devil mouth calls). Does anybody use these calls? I am looking to start using three reed calls after hearing a live hen up close and how raspy her yelps were, and I like the batwing cut, so I think this will be a good set of calls.

yep I have used them for a few years now, You will like them all, If your used to running a 2 reed call you may have to put more jaw into the call " drop your jaw a little more". Best advice is practice practice and more practice. picture that old hen you seen up close in your mind's eye and be just like her.

I'm doing well with the Legacy Wild Hunter (3 reed inverted "V" cut) now that I realize how raspy a hen really is and that the gobblers only responded to my cousin's raspy calls, so I should be ok with the Halloran calls.

Not every hen you meet is gonna be that raspy... they all are going to sound different, some have nothing but back end rasp and will sound like a chain smoker with a bad cold others with be as clean and clear as a whistle. On Halloran's mouth calls I love them the TKO and Natural Born Killer, they are 2 of my favorites out of a whole lot of calls I've ran.
