Louisiana non resident youth license requirements?

Ok, I have a question regarding taking my kid to my native state for their youth season.
From what I can gather from the regulations pamphlet,  he will not need a Basic or Big Game license, but will need to get the appropriate tags, which I assume will be free.
He is 15, and hunter safety certified through the Missouri Department of conservation.
I have a Louisiana Lifetime license, so I am good to supervise and guide.
Is there anything I am missing?
I tried to call LDWF yesterday and was on hold 36 minutes and 16 minutes respectively. Never spoke to a human.
