Need help posting a video

Hi, I have a video I self filmed that I'm trying to post.  I'm not the most high tech person, but though I could get this done.  If someone can help me that would be great.  It's a 54 second video.  I have it on my phone and I have it on YouTube.  I tried uploading it from my phone and then I tried copying and pasting the YouTube link.  It kept saying error trying both ways.  Any ideas?  Ty

I tried going to YouTube, select the video, use the arrow that allows you to copy link, and then pasted here in message???
