Well said.  I like to crappie fish but it's not like hunting.  I'm also trying my hand at woodworking but it's a slow immersion process it seems.
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

I don't know if you call this a hobby or collection, but I love watches.  Unfortunately I lost my dad's 1965 Accutron and the other watches in a recent fire but my great grandfather's 110 year old pocket watch survived.  I know most people would think it's a waste of money, but to me timepieces have always held a spell over me.

Bird hunting is my passion...  Duck hunting is my favorite, but I enjoy working the hills for valley quail.

I also enjoy shooting clays (sporting clays, 5-stand, and some skeet).

Fly fishing was a real passion for a bit, but with two little girls, most of my fishing these days involves worms and a bobber.

I really enjoy fooling birds which is probably why I enjoy turkey hunting and waterfowl hunting so much.  I just get the giggles calling birds into good range.
Did I do that?

Fly fishermen are born honest, but they get over it.
