I find it odd that many hate Brady for lowering the air pressure in some footballs and yet no one mentions Rothlesbergers sexual assult charges.
Weird.

Not defending - just clarifying. Roethlisberger was suspended 6 games for conduct. There were NEVER any sexual assault charges. Kinda like Ray Lewis NEVER actually stabbed that guy. Ray Rice? Yeah...he kinda knocked that girl out.

Anyway... YES, I have a strong dislike for the Patriots. Mainly, because they are good. Belichick is a mastermind, no doubt. Brady has talent - but hands down the BIGGEST cry baby on the field!

One set of charges were filed and settled out of court. The other women decided not to press charges supposedly for fear of backlash. Anyways I am sure many pro athletes have a very shady past. Some are just better at getting away with it or covering it up. And I am sure some women's stir up things to get some easy money and publicity. I have a family member who played in the NFL for around 10 years. I could tell you some stories. We all know that Ray lewis isnt completely innocent neither is Rothlessburger. You dont get suspended for being innocent. Point is that Brady is hated for things that are minor compared to what some others are doing.  I just think they are all overpaid, spoiled brats no matter what team they are on. And i dont blame the players for taking the money. I blame society. Nothing personal steelers fan was just pointing out how fickle people are.

I'm 100% in agreement with ya!

I'll also add... I've come to grips with the fact that it's a game. I know some are offended by Kaepernick taking a knee. He's not important enough to offend me, and he doesn't work for me. And quite frankly, I think it's silly that the National Anthem is played before a silly game anyway. I think there's more appropriate an honorable venues. Again, I digress...

It's a game, a revenue producing entertainment product. Not too unlike movies and movie theaters. Pay an actor or actress 20-30 million to make one movie. Studios know they'll recoup that if it's a blockbuster. Same goes for NFL / NBA / MLB / etc. paying these athletes big money. But hey, if I spend 130 million a year on player salaries in order to earn 200 million (or whatever?), I guess its business.

It's definitely crazy when you really think about. Go Falcons!  ;D

I'm a Raider man myself so I have to hate everybody !  ;D

No fan of the Pats but I do believe Brady will arguably go down (statistically) as the greatest QB to play the game. I don't care if the ball is over-inflated by 5 lbs. or under by 3 lbs., I don't care if the ball is square, the boy will flat out put on a clinic for you. His whole career he has been protected by a great 'O' line that allows him to absolutely pick you apart like a surgeon. Never has been hurt a lot either, great protection. Having the ability to read to the field the way he does is pretty amazing. Not being a fan I have to admit that he is a beast.

The "cheating" thing doesn't bother me. With all the millions floating around in that sport I believe everybody does it, the Pats just keep getting caught because the microscope they are under is quite a bit bigger than other teams. Nobody cares if losers cheat, in fact, it may be encouraged in Cleveland next year so they can win 2 games...... ;D
