im a turkey purse kinda guy haha but seriously im essentials only and find that a satchel works good for how i hunt. i bought one of those tom teasers quick sacks two years ago and it has worked out well so far.

I got one of those bags last year and immediately sold my vest, will never wear one again.  I find I can get an awful lot of stuff in that tom teasers bag too.

A bag would work fine if I hunted closer to truck but many places I hunt are long walks so I want my vest for 1 to carry my turkey out I have carpal tunnel so fingers get numb quick. Also I can fit so much in my vest that I may need because when you 2 mile walk in you never know what you might need. Now I do trim down when hunting rain may do little fanny pack with couple calls bottle water some shells and on occasion rolled up hen deke

I wear a Tactical Tatr 2 in early to mid season, then when it starts getting hot, i go to an ol Tom essentials.

Gobble!

Wouldn't trade my TATR vest for a bag.

For me vest, helps me keep up with my calls better.

Used to hunt with a bag.. swapped to a ol Tom essentials strap vest... light, cool to wear, and  plenty of room for everything I need. Never was much on a bag.

I use a vest as it keeps everything handy

used both....prefer the vest

Vest keeps everything attached to me. I could see myself setting down a bag and having to come back for it. Plus having the built in cushion beats lugging around a seat.
