Was a joke Mark. Of course none of the guys here would buy them but the primos crowd

I'm with ya!! With all the gadgets that have come out in the last few years, it's hard to tell!!
I'm not a Christian because I'm strong and have it all together. I'm a Christian because I'm weak and admit I need a Saviour!

I've got it! - what we need is not the call, but the sound MAKER. What sounds like a turkey scratching??? Turkey feet raking leaves, of course! Manufacture an over-sized (magnum) turkey leg / foot that the hunter will use to scratch the leaves that are already there! Brilliant!! Every real turkey hunter just knows that old gobbler knows the difference between a hunter's gloved hand and turkey foot scratching leaves...right?
:TooFunny:
Love the magnum idea. It should be so big turkeys next town over can hear ya. Brilliant!!!!!!
You mean a leaf rake, lol

Great now I gotta carry my primos rake and gobble around

There is generally leaves around all my set ups, so don't really see the need to clutter the vest with anything else.
Using natural leaves is ok, but it rains a lot in the spring. I've found scratching in wet leaves to be ineffective. What we need is an artificial, waterproof, always crunchy leaf. You could carry a sack full out to your spot and spread them around. You would have dry crunchy leaves at your fingertips, even in a downpour. And as an added bonus you would always have a dry place to sit.

I think if you use waterproof artificial crunchy leaves on a day when the natural leaves are damp and soggy that this is coming dangerously close to falling into the "over calling" category, (this also applys to the magnum turkey foot)

this will be sure to alert a smart public land Tom something is wrong and unnatural
The same applys to the little debbie and cracker wrappers, too much unnatural chemical smell in them.
Now if you could market some kind of cover scent for the wrappers you may have something to sell

I like the smell idea. Where I live they're at all the bird feeders n corn piles they already sell corn scented spray believe it not, but bird seed scent. That might work. Least the guys who buy corn spray would buy it.

Just got another great idea. Can't bait turkeys thank God but what about a Montana decoy style bait pile pic!! That'll sell too

On a deer hunting note for those that hunt over bait. I have often wondered what would happen if one would grind up some viagra and mix it with the corn.Throw out a doe decoy in some nice Victorias secret lingerie and hit the doe bleat a few times. You may have to fight your way back to the truck.
