Id seen a boat at Gootee's marine last year while at the bay that I thought was awesome but couldn't for the life of me remember the name. Had to look it up. It's apparently a G3 boat in their Gator Tough line. It's all camo and after seeing them at the marina and on the water, I really wanted one. Failed to look at the price tag though so no clue how much they are.
G3 makes a good boat.  They are becoming very popular.  They aren't on the cheap end of the price range but I think they are competitive with the other quality makers.

I've got a G3 Eagle, 176.  Great fishing platform and would make a great crappie boat with seat mounts on the front deck that will accommodate 1, 2, or 3 seats.  Very wide, very stable doesn't take much water to float it.  BUT, it's got some bad traits too.  Fuel gauge is iffy and the trailer bunks suck.  Mine's garage kept 100% of the time and I had to replace them way to early in my estimation.  Other than that, it's great with plenty of storage.  IF you're running a lot of big, rough water, I'd take a look at a glass boat.  I miss mine on gnarly days.  Other than that, the G3 is good.  My .02 worth!

My cousin had a lowe roughneck several years ago. It was a very tough boat that we used trapping on the Missouri river. I am not sure if they still have the roughneck line but I am pretty sure they have all welded boats.

I have one of those earlier Roughnecks, but Lowe changed the Roughneck line a while ago. They aren't as tuff as they were. Mines all welded, with longitudinal stringers and .1000 aluminum. Built like a tank (and heavy as one too). Back then they were built to be powered by outboard or surface drive. Mine does pretty darn good with my 4500 Black Death Mud Buddy.

I have a Lowe 1756 roughneck with a center console.  I mostly crappie fish or run jugs for catfish when I'm not bowfishing out of it. I have a removable deck with lights that I made. My only complaints with the boat is lack of storage and the mercury motor. Love the center console. You sit up high and can see whats in front of you.

Well, I found a boat finally. Found a 2015 Xpress XP180 with a Yamaha F90 4 stroke in Thomasville, AL. A guy traded it in for a center console. The motor only has five hours on it and the boat has several upgrades above the standard duck boat package. Got a good deal and saved some coin.

Hey guy that's a beauty,,I'm from Minnesota land of 10,000 lakes everybody here has a boat, can't emphasize this enough!!! Go out of your way to get the good clean pure gas!!! The motor and the inside components will work and last longer.
Do a Google search of stations that sell it and even if it's out of your way make this the only gas you use.

Jody, that must be the reason you are selling all your turkey calls, time to start fishing.

Nice boat! I live on timber filled Lake Fork in TX and Express boats are the go to metal boats here.

Install a nice side scan locator at the console. You won't believe the brush piles, structure, and fish you can find.
