It had great photography and nice articles on the history of turkey hunting. It was my favorite magazine and I was sorry it went out of publication. I am a "self taught" turkey hunter and certainly learned some things by reading it. It was a fun read, I saved most of my old copies and look at them before our season starts. jperch

I know I was really bummed when I found out it was out of production. Wish there was a way it could come back

It was a great loss when the magazine went under. Their website is still up and running, a lot of the regulars are still there, but even a lot of the discussion has really slowed down between members. They still print the spring issue every year.

I have found over the last few years magazines dont keep my interest. There used to be several that I faithfully read . Turkey and Turkey hunting, North American Whitetail,WildFowl ,and Fur Fish and Game. They all now try to sell me stuff I dont want or need, the "How to" articles seem to be written for beginners looking for tips. I would rather read about a guy and his buddies weekend hunting trip than how the latest and greatest decoys, shells, vest, works.
