Great job on the 20 ga slam. That is a smooth looking gun as well. You gotta love the TSS its bad news for the turkeys and allows you to use a smaller gun and perform better than the guys shooting 3.5 inch 12 gauge lead load.

Agree.  It's been a game changer.  I was very skeptical when I started the TSS journey.  A friend of mine keep raving about all the reports he was reading about it.  He isn't a reloader and keep bugging me to reload it for him.  I'm also an engineer and understood the physics behind the density in the shot.  However, my years of turkey hunting wouldn't allow me to believe #9 shot would perform like it does.  I started with 2oz of #7's in a 12ga.  Man was it wicked.  I finally tried some 9's in the 12ga.  After breaking leg and wing bones with it at yards we won't discuss, I finally went to the 20ga and haven't looked back.  It's so nice to carry a gun around 6 pounds that performs like the 3.5" 12's and doesn't kill at both ends.  :icon_thumright:

Let the little twenty EAT!!!!

That is a great looking paint job you did on that gun.  I would be interested in how you did that yourself.  Lots of detail work there.
