Do tough waterproof pants exist?

I hunt a good amount of areas that have tall grass....which means wet pants, even over the knee boots.

I am looking for some waterproof pants, not the pack kind, but to wear all day and through the briars.

Sure they do, they are called waist high waders.  :-) Then again, maybe not tough, just waterproof.

Go buy a bottle of silcone water guard and spray your clothes down with it. I saw a guy on youtube spray a pair of Jersey gloves with it and run them under the sink. It Just beads off, pretty impressive.

I am going to try some searching on this.  I remember seeing some videos a while back of some stuff sprayed on all kinds of fabric and then immediately the people throwing everything from eggs, water, mud, and wine on it....looked like it just bounced off.

Look at Flison Double Tin Brush Chaps.  The only down side is they get hot.

Dr Juice

Not to the best of my knowledge.

SinGin

Scotchgaurd, I use it all the time on my arrow feathers and the water just runs off.

If it can keep water out it will also keep water in.

Pella outdoors. Great pants. Mine are bottom land .
If they still make them?

I have been looking for the same because of the same problem. I tried the silicone sprays but they don't work. A guy I work with said he uses some kind of waterproof that you put in the wash with your clothes. I'm not sure what it is called but he said it works really good. I will have to wait until he gets back from vacation to ask him what it is called.
