For the same reason we can only hunt till 1:00, cause it don't make sense. It's supposed to take hunting pressure off the public land if I remember correct.

SinGin...i was thinking game law's were to help the hunter also...not everyone can take off on a Monday. i can see were less people maybe are getting to hunt tomorrow because of work..
