Clean the skin off the spurs with a knife and I use bleach to wipe the bone down with. Cut the plastic off of the shell. Knock the primer out from the bottom (prolly goes with out saying but I'll say it anyway. Do NOT use an unfired primer). Put 550 cord through the primer hole with the loop sticking out of the top of the brass. Leave about 5in tags hanging out of the bottom. Then you pinch the beard between the 2 tags at the base of the brass and wrap with waxed dental floss. Apply a few drops of super glue to the dental floss and run it it. This will set up hard like a cast. Pit the remaining bit of 550 cord through the holes in the spurs and tie a knot. Cut the slack and burn the ends. Takes about 20 mins after you clean the skin off the spurs.Sent from my VS986 using Tapatalk
