How old is her sister?   I could be interested.

My hunting & fishing gear said that I couldn't have a wife, so I got rid of her. ;D
Had my ex been half as understanding as your wife, she might not be an ex!
I know I don't need to say this, but, cherish the wonderful woman that the good Lord blessed you with.

Found this on top of the coffee pot this morning.  Glad to be married to a woman who understands my passion.

Amen there just ain't no substitute for a woman that understands a turkey hunters need for the gobble

Well that had to put a smile on your face...

Pick up some flowers or something she appreciates, and I'll bet she does more than write a nice note. ;D
Did I do that?

Fly fishermen are born honest, but they get over it.

I'm going to let my wife read this post because she complains about turkey hunting through both the fall and spring season along with deer season....and not to mention my college football season tickets that consume my Saturday's. We're kind of the "opposites attract theory"  No complaints though...great wife and mother...she keeps me straight.
I like my turkey well peppered

I don't get notes on the coffee pot, but my wife is very understanding of my passion of the outdoors. In the first couple years of dating and marriage, it was hard for her to understand, but once I got her in the woods to see why I love it so much, she gets it. She will probably never kill anything, but she will go sit with me when we get the chance to have someone watch all the kids. Out on the boat she's happy because she can lay in the sun all day while the kids and i fish. She fishes too sometimes.

She also brings me home presents. Just bought me a springfield xd-s .45 with the 4 inch barrel last week.

No she doesn't have a sister.

Clone her immediately for mankinds sake :-)

Keeper.
Yep.  A Godly woman who supports her husband in his pursuits is a genuine blessing. :z-winnersmiley:

You are truly a blessed man! It's great to have a Godly wife who supports you.  :z-winnersmiley:
Can't say that my wife understands my obsession but she does support me.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6

That is great you are blessed to have a good wife...I am blessed the same way, she puts up with my hunting and loves to see me teaching the grandkids how to shoot and hunt.

I have to say I am pretty lucky myself. My wife never hunted until we got together. She has killed a few deer now and even helps me process them. While she isn't as passionate about hunting as I am she at least supports me. Have been trying to get out to try turkeys but she always says that its my time and doesn't want to interfere. Don't think she uderstands that getting her a bird would be very special to me. Think I almost have her convinced. :)
