I currently have a Remington 870 with a 28" barrel that I am going to  use this year with a Bass Pro Blackout turkey choke. The only thing that concerns me is going to be trying to move the 28" barrel and not get seen by a turkey. If the choke patterns pretty good I might look into just getting a 24" barrel for the 870.

After patterning many guns a 24" 835 is just flat out impressive at the pattern it can throw .
