What strikers do your carry? I carry red cedar, hickory, purple heart, black locust, maple/purple heart laminated, carbon and one of gobblstix dymondwood. 7 total...

I usually carry, Cedar, Rosewood, Purple Heart and I keep a carbon striker in my vest in case it rains.

My list of what I don't carry is much smaller and easier to answer.  :turkey2:

I carry at least 12-strikers and 4-pots in my vest. I will add another one this year. A Snakewood from Pappy.

I tend to carry several friction calls as well. Can't say pot calls as the slates I rely on aren't pots but nevertheless, I carry several. As for strikers, couple different hickory, purpleheart, rosewood, acrylic and carbon. That's the lineup at the moment. I'm a bit upset at the moment though as I just remembered I lost on of my favorite strikers last spring during a hunt. Fell right out of my pocket while crawling to a better location.

That stinks.

Just a primos cuttin striker and another that came an old yeller call. I use mouth calls far more than friction and although I always carry 2 pot calls there are a lot of days that they never come out my vest.
