Has anyone used a 24" TC 12ga barrel for the Encore? Have a chance to get a TC Custom shop 3" chamber unfired w/forend for $275. Just wondering how they shoot/pattern. Probly intense recoil.

I've wanted one for a long time but I always end up going another route. Maybe next year

Yes, I love my Encore.  I shoot Hevi 6's and an Indian Creek choke.  Kicks hard but will flat out crush a gobbler and is a dream to carry on long hikes.
