What a meal we had tonight!! Appetizers were moral mushrooms rolled in egg & cracker crumbs fried in butter. The salad consisted of fresh picked from the garden(today) spinach, lettuce & radishes. The entrée was a grilled Iowa chop(1 1/2" thick pork T-bone chop), a baked potato and fresh picked(today) broiled asparagus. Desert was a homemade coconut cream pie. Toss in a few adult beverages while cooking and I'm willing to bet that you won't find a much better meal. Sorry, no pictures I was to busy drooling & eating!
