I have a browning gold NWTF model that I picked up used a few years ago.

The gun has a front bead on the vr. There are also 3 holes at the rear of the rib that looks like a fiber optic site once sat.

I am looking to replace the rear site with whatever was there originally.
Does anyone know what type of site belonged there. And if anyone has one sitting around that is no longer in use.
I spoke to browning and they told me to call high viz. I figured I would check here before HV.

I have one of those guns too.....great gun!

Here is the sight they came with....you can still get them. I'd check amazon.

Thanks for the help, You think it came with that strange lookin TT1001. The holes dont look like they can match that.

Not a fan.....she lives in the box the gun came in. I am more of an optics guy when it comes to my turkey guns. You mileage may vary. :camohat:

Hooks' n' Beards'

i have the tri-viz sight,i have used it for 2 kills. It works great, its on a older winchester 1300 now.It came on my browning 3.5" nwtf....i would never put a scope on a shotgun again for turkey hunting..i much prefer truglo tru bead sights.

A quick google searched showed that there are different sights that came on that gun.  Since you said that yours has holes in the VR where a rear sight was, then you had the regular fiber optic sight (Like on a rifle or pistol). The HV sight that has been referred to in this post can be attached without having holes in the VR. (Anyone may correct me if I am wrong on that.)

Do a google search for Browning Gold NWTF and there are plenty of pictures of both types of sights on those guns.

Personally, I don't like the TriViz sight.  The one that came on your gun would be a much lower profile sight.  Kinda like the ones that come of the mossberg turkey guns....

I found the factory sights that came on mine but the rear sight is missing one fiber optic. Shouldn't be hard to find a replacement. Your welcome to them if u want them. Pm your address.

This is the sight that belongs on mine. The holes look like that would fit.
