Been working hard this season to get my first ever bird here in the Upstate. I've walked up on some with nothing in the chamber since I had a kid with me. Had two coming down a ridge to get hung up by another hunter and his son calling on top. Now because of teaching I can only get out on Saturday mornings and the weekday warriors have pressured the birds DEEP in the mountain. Not sure how to go about finding the birds since there are no roads to get me to a jumping off point to get to them. Any suggestions? Anyone want to take this Saturday and help out (joking)
