Alright,  so I know boots have been talked about on here a good bit, but I haven't ran across this question yet. My father in law is 63, and his hips are starting to give him some trouble. He has always wore LaCross rubber boots, but they are starting to hurt him. He has tried insoles, but they don't help. He walks through creeks, and up and down hills the whole time he is hunting. I will try to look up the style of boot and report back so you guys will know what he has that isn't working anymore. I'm just wondering if yall have any sugestions for a pair of rubber boots that are light, and would come to a few inches from the knee that may be better suited for bad hipps? Thanks for your input.

Look at Muck or Bogs,  may need a lace up boot?

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
