Dakota Decoys

Is anybody using the Dakota Decoys? Specifically the Dakota X-Treme Hen turkey decoy? It looks like a good looking decoy for the price, plus I have a gift card, which makes it very cheap.

Side question: I see several different kinds of hen decoys (feeding, alert, submissive, etc...). I assume they are all used for different situations, but which one would be a good all around type of hen?
