Started sometime after 1964-65. For the most part, never kept count. Grand-dad taught us not to brag about our hunting endeavors.

Mostly MO, IL, SD, NE, MT, WY, NM and CO.

I removed my origonal post because it bugged me to speak of my numbers and places. Just felt wrong
What I will say is that the only number that matters to me is the 25 birds that iv watched my 9 and 12 yr old girls kill. It's not really the number that matters. It's just the wonderful amount of hours in the spring woods that I have spent with them to accomplish this. Any turkey hunter who takes little kids can understand the difficulty and satisfaction in doing so.

My best turkey hunting buddy lives 1800 miles away...however I was in on both his boys first gobbler kills, 12 & 9 years old at the time. I was also in on what was probably his dad's last gobbler kill. I called in two strutters and he

Same here.  I've missed more than I'd like to admit.  A few point blank blowouts.

If I get the next one I am chasing and one more, that will make 2.  I honestly do not know, but have not been doing it that long.  Maybe 15?  With 4-5 more called in for others.  All in FL.  I chase ducks and geese in 3 states and one foreign country, I have to show a little fiscal discipline.  Now, if I catch the lottry, look out!
