Where do yall buy those little plastic containers that mouth calls come in?  Also how do yall brand your calls?  Im thinking of using a ink stamp.

To answer your first question, Gary's Plastics in Bronx, NY.  Will need to buy by the 1000 but will cost around .15 each.  You can buy them in smaller quantities from several other sources, but expect a mark up.  If you need some in smaller quantities let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.
