Here's the latest from Doc:

Just found out the surgery will be Monday. I have a really excellent doctor, but he says it was badly torn and the recovery will be slow and take a long time. Right now, I'd say turkey season for me is a remote hope, at best. I'm bummin' a bit.

I'm sure he'd appreciate a shout from you.
