Just Shot My Pistols Yesterday

I took my good buddy Maurice shooting yesterday. I don't have any of his good groups, but the guy can definitely shoot. Here's a couple I shot with my Ruger Mark III 22lr pistol at 15yds off of a sandbag. Not too shabby. That was just cheap Remington Golden bullets.  All 10 shots hit the red on the target on the right.  I moved the sight down a little so it should be about deadnut now.

Really.  Pistols sure are fun to shoot.  I got a couple of KSA pistols that will shoot dime size groups at 25yds with SK Pistol Match or the old Federal 900A ammo.  I would say they could shoot less that 1/2" groups at 50yds if I put a more higher magnification scope on them.  I just have 2x TruGlo red dots on each.

I use to shoot woodchucks with 357 586 with a scope a long ways most wouldn't think a pistol could also use to use 22 mag single six with scope and shoot right in the nose 60 yards oh what a noise it would make when it hit .pistols are a lot of fun .see if they have bowling pin shoots around you that's a lot of fun .they put five pins a table 4 tables 4 guys and when the bell goes off shoot all five down ive seen guys do it in 3.6 seconds there was a time I could do it in just over 4 seconds .
