Just finished reading the book.  Wow - what a book for turkey hunters.  Great information and stories.  I will probably read again before next Spring season.

All are great books in their own right.. Really, every turkey hunter needs a copy of all three as the foundation of the library. I was blessed to have met and spent time with Col. Kelly and Kenny Morgan...

No, they are not sold out.  More information will become available when the second printing of America, Wild Turkeys and Mongrel Dogs comes out.  I am holding off on buying the paperback version of One Man's Game until his other book comes out (to save on shipping costs).
