My season is all but over here with exception of a possible trip to NE in late May.  2014 was a good one with lots of good hunts and many more great memories with my kids and father.   Started the year on the KS youth hunt with my son and he was able to take 2 really nice birds.  Then he followed up the next weekend on the Arkansas youth hunt with my father due to me being in Florida with my daughters cheer team but him and "Pepaw" were able to get it done.  My daughter and I were able to get a bird the first afternoon of AR season, just wish she'd been able to get the shot and not me.  Then on Thursday morning of the first week I was able to work a bird for my father.  The following Sunday morning I was able to tag out with him doing the watching.  This morning we got a screamer and he tagged out.  Good hunt to end a good AR season.  Here are some pics.

You are all set to start your own carpentry business with those paintbrushes and hooks...

Great pics, and thank you for sharing.
Did I do that?

Fly fishermen are born honest, but they get over it.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
