Personal preference. Are you carrying it into the woods with you or just using it to haul stuff between the blind and the truck?
Personally, I would choose camo. That's just me. There is no other reason than I would rather have camo. Turkeys don't know the difference. Its the sudden movement that gets you.
The backpack I use, which I never took to the woods except once is MOBUI. I use it during deer season to get snacks, extra jacket, rain jacket, etc... into the tree. It hangs on a hook beside my head so I got it camoflauge to break up the outline.
