I am looking at getting a choke for my new Benelli SBE2, and I am curious who has used the Indian Creek tube with this gun?

I had really good luck with this choke in my Browning Silver Hunter, so I am just looking for some feedback.

I tried an Indian Creek in my 24" barrel SBE 2. Ended up using a Rhino (.660) however. It outperformed the IC tube in my SBE 2.

I use one in mine, 26" barrel and shoot winchester extended range supreme elites in #5's and #6's it shoots em awesome out to 60 yds. Didn't shoot mag blends worth a darn.

Me and some friends all went in and borrowed choke and spent lots of $$$$$$$$ shooting different chokes and loads. The jellyhead choke did best in our sbell and the hevy #7's was the best performers. We shot 3/4" plywood @ 50yrds and we had to dig out the pellets, so don't be scared of #7's 3 1/2 shells, they will get the job done.

I got good patterns with the I.C .665 and "old" Win. Extended Range elite #6's.

I am looking to shoot the Mag Blends. Looks like this might not be a good combination with the IC Choke.

Based on experience, what choke gives the best pattern with the mag blends in this gun?

reynolds243

im not a fan of IC personally as i have and some very bad POI/POA issues with their chokes.

if magblends are what you want to shoot then Rob Roberts 655 and the Sumtoy 650 are very proven options with that load and both have AWESOME customer service and for the price IMO are hard to beat.

I have had very good patterns with the magblends in this combo with 24" barrel I will see if I can find my post from last year

I shoot IC in a SBE2 with 24inch barrel. Patterns well with hevy 6's and 7's. I have some pattern pics posted from feb or march of 2013. Jelly head shot well also. Was not impressed with blended.

I got my best patterns with all the H-13 6's,7's and mag Blend's with the final strut from Rob Roberts, before you buy a choke you should call him.
