Just a quick note. If you have a Dunham's near you, check out their Falcon Mountain snake boots. I bought a pair today for $90. They seem to made a lot like the Danners in leather and cordura with a good sole. They lace up, but have zipper up the side. I had some other boots that I wanted but I couldn't deal with the $150-$250 price tags at this time.

Does bass pro carry the pronghorns? I'm just worried about sizing so want to try some on and closest "dealer" of danner boots to me is BP. Those boots have great reviews. I've worn rocky in the past but their quality and comfort has fallen off greatly.
