Very, went well with the corn on the cob. Don't remember which board I got the recipe from but it was awesome. Cut it up in about 1in squares let it stand in Italian dressing overnight wrapped it in bacon then grilled it. ????????

Use toothpicks to hold the bacon on. Bacon was cut in half

we do the same thing with backstrap but put a piece of jalapeno pepper inside if you like it spicy. also you can put cream cheese inside of a slice of backstrap and wrap it in bacon, grilled up for some good eating.

I will do turkey or duck like that - cube of meet, creamcheese, jalopeno - wrap in bacon and grill. Can't beat it. I put them on skewers, less turning than when you use toothpicks!

But just wrapped in bacon and grilled like you did it is great as well!

I grilled some turkey last week basically just the same way you did it except that I added jalapeno peppers.  Good stuff!
