need help im new at all this

i got a turkey from a friend of mine who shot it yesterday and gave it and gave it to me. i did not have time to clean
it so its been in my refrigerator can i gut it out today the Brest. .please help

If it has been in the fridge and is good and cold I would think it would be ok.
