Is it ok to deep clean your barrel with a turkey choke in it?

I think in Clark's "Deep Cleaning'' guide, he says to use either a modified or Improved cylinder.
He shouldn't ought done'nat........ He dead.

Yes its ok it wont hurt a thing. But it will be easier on you if you put a modified or improved cylinder choke in the gun.Its just harder to push the brush back and forth through a tight turkey choke.

I actually had already read the deep cleaning guide, I just don't have a choke for the gun other than a turkey choke. :(  I was just checking, I didn't think it could hurt anything.  Thanks for the feedback.

Sorry, I'm late in seeing this. You've already had the answer. It's just harder on your brush but it won't hurt anything.

Thanks,
Clark
